This can happen if a computer/server is offline for a longer period, or is restored from backup and in the meantime the computerobject password is changed.
There is an easy fix for this, on the affected machine, login with the local administrator, start powershell and type;
reset-computermachinepassword -Server DomainController -Credential DomainAdmin
